Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Receive orders via phone, e-mail, or computer system – enters data into system and reviews all orders for accuracy.
- Inform customers and sales force of price, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any other issues related to orders.
- Ascertain credit status of customers and works closely with the Credit Department on any credit related issues.
- Receive and follows through with customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the warehouses for daily deliveries, delivery problems/exceptions, and special request orders.
- Learns the pricing structure for Regal to communicate effectively with customers and sales force.
- Acquire knowledge of wines within the Regal portfolio through training.
- Perform inventory checks and notifies the Purchasing Department of product issues and orders that would deplete stock.
- Submit price adjustments and credits for customers based on research related to the customer’s order history.
- Compile statistics and prepares various reports for management.
- Understand all computer systems and interfaces related to Order Entry to effectively problem solve and communicate issues.
- Special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Customer focused servicing internal and external customers
- Possess strong computer skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel.
- JD Edwards database experience preferred but not required.
- Organized and extremely detail oriented
- Work well under pressure.
- Possess the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Aptitude for numbers
- Team player, able to work independently and have great communication skills.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Wine knowledge preferred

Pay Range
The base pay for this role ranges from $21.08 – $30.02 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
In addition to the salary, the Customer Service Representative is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
