Their philosophy is to focus and shepherd the grapes from "bud to bottle" and that great wine is grown and not made. The vision for LIOCO began when two industry veterans Matt Licklider and Kevin O'Connor wanted to produce wines of true origin and authenticity. Matt was a seasoned wine import specialist and Kevin O'Connor was the former wine director for the well known restaurant Spago in Beverly Hills. Their passion and vision has turned into a reality and LIOCO is one of the most talked about and critically acclaimed producers coming from California.
